Build training courses with Claude

   Add the Skillsail connector

   Open the connectors settings in Claude and add Skillsail. If you do not see it in the directory yet, add it manually with the server address from our setup guide.

   Sign in to your workspace

   Connect with your Skillsail account and choose the organization Claude should work in. Modules are created in that workspace only.

   Ask for a course

   Describe the training you need or share source material. Skillsail turns it into slides, quiz questions, and activities you can refine together with Claude.

Frequently asked questions

Can Claude build an eLearning course?

Yes. With the Skillsail connector, Claude can build complete eLearning modules with slides, quiz questions, and interactive activities. Skillsail takes care of structure, storage, and export while you shape the content in the conversation.

Can Claude export SCORM files?

Not by itself. Through the Skillsail connector, Claude can export your module as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI, cmi5, or HTML5, ready for upload to any major LMS.

How do I connect Skillsail to Claude?

Open the connectors settings in Claude, add Skillsail, and sign in with your Skillsail account. If the directory listing is not visible in your plan or region yet, you can add the connector manually with the address from our setup guide.

Does the connector work in Claude Desktop and Claude Code?

Yes. The connector uses the Model Context Protocol, so it works across Claude products that support connectors, including claude.ai in the browser, Claude Desktop, and Claude Code.

Do I need a Skillsail account?

Yes. The connector works inside your Skillsail organization, so every module lands in your workspace and stays available in the web app for further editing and publishing.

Is my content secure?

Skillsail only accesses the organization you signed into, transfers are encrypted, and Skillsail never uses your content to train AI models. Your conversation with Claude itself is governed by Anthropic's data controls.
