In 2016, Nico founded the e-learning agency Schriever Advisory, helping organizations with digital transformation and effective training programs. Through years of building multilingual e-learning courses for clients, key challenges in the translation and localization process became clear.
This led to the creation of the eLearning Translator, making course translation secure, affordable, and accessible. Working with enterprises across industries revealed a deeper need: organizations wanted to create training content faster, without sacrificing quality.
